All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment failures may result in suspension of paid services.

You agree to use Bluetick AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including data privacy and messaging regulations.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

You agree not to use Bluetick AI for:

• Spam or unsolicited messaging
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Illegal or harmful content
• Distribution of malware or malicious software
• Violating WhatsApp Business Platform policies or other third-party platform rules

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Bluetick AI. We process your data only to provide and improve our services.

• Customer data is handled securely.
• Industry-standard encryption is used where applicable.
• We do not sell your personal information.

All software, branding, documentation, trademarks, and platform content related to Bluetick AI remain the intellectual property of Bluetick AI unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of the content and customer information you upload.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the use of the Service and not disclose it except as required by law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluetick AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the previous twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bluetick AI harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will end. Data retention and deletion will follow our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
