Bluetick AI may offer a free trial for selected services or plans. Trial availability, duration, and features are subject to change without prior notice.
At the end of the trial period, continued use of paid features may require an active subscription.
Subscription billing
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected monthly or yearly plan.
Payments must be made in advance to continue using Bluetick AI services. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of the service until payment is received.
Refund eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- 14-day money-back guarantee — Cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund, for any reason. One-time per workspace.
- Annual plan refunds — Cancel mid-cycle and receive a prorated refund of the unused months, minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Service downtime — Scale plan customers receive SLA credits per the published 99.95% uptime guarantee.
- Duplicate charges — Refunded immediately on request.
Non-refundable items
The following payments are generally non-refundable:
- Setup and onboarding charges.
- Customization or development services already completed.
- WhatsApp Business API conversation charges billed by Meta.
- Third-party service fees already paid.
Prorated upgrades & downgrades
You may upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time, subject to the plans offered by Bluetick AI.
Any changes to your subscription, including applicable charges, will take effect according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
Wallet credits
If wallet credits are provided, they may only be used for Bluetick AI services and are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.

Chargebacks
Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing issues as quickly as possible.
